Another treatment I knew nothing about.  Looking up spas in the area with my friend Kim, she showed me a website that got her attention.  Since I worked in the best spas in Florida and great Chiropractors offices for the past 30 years, I knew instinctively that it was a website I needed to explore.  It offered treatments in Lymphatic drainage which I needed badly because my leg was swollen, and I just knew that was top priority.    I called to set up an appointment.  Speaking to the owner, she told me that the lymphatic therapist had just moved and the treatment was unavailable.  But she said ” You were guided here” and I knew  that she was right.    QE was listed also on her list of services and I asked what that was about.  Like a good therapist talking to another therapist she said, ” It’s like Reiki on steroids.”  That was good enough for me as I am also a Reiki practitioner.  The questionnaire before the therapy was the best I have ever had.  It actually looked into accidents I might have had years ago that could be affecting me now, one of the first thing we learn in Massage Therapy School.  I answered as best as I could and finally met that woman.  OMG, entering her spa was like coming home to true love and nurturing that you only get from your mom.  The treatment was very relaxing and quite energizing at the same time.  I had 3 treatments so far and it has led me to Craniosacral therapy, which is something else that I needed desperately.  You see, it’s not just one thing, it’s many different areas of our body, mind and soul that is in need.  The fact that I was a therapist has been a roadmap so to speak to get me back whole again.  The only QE practitioner in the state of Florida certified was the very one I was led to. Was that a coincidence? or rather synchronicity.  Ask your body what it wants, it will let you know.
