Good organic food is fuel for the body. Seems to me that most people don’t pay attention to our most basic need. Now days, it’s all about convenience and a fast way to get food eaten to get back to our most important life. It’s all backward, another thing you learn through a debilitating condition. It’s quite a price to pay when in reality all there is to do is shift that kind of thinking to something more a propos. I took a class through my Qigong teacher called Food Healing, it was an Awakening, but somehow I am having difficulty conveying the message I learned. It is not until sickness takes over that a person realizes the importance of good organic food. In this class we learned what is called Food Science in conquering any disease. Just ask Mr. Google, and go to Qigong.com to find out more. I have finally ditched the morning coffee routine and switched my habit to something healthier. And it really was not hard. It all goes back to one of my first blog called Make your mind matter. It’s a habit to switch. Just do it for your own wellbeing. I am.
