My daughter said to me  ” Mom, do you remember that old Florida saying  Arrive Alive?  This surprised me, as I did remember very well but had forgotten all about that.  However it struck me as the perfect blog post  for the last day of 2016.

To me it says Arrive Alive into the New Year.  As I listen to Gregg Braden, Ekhart Tolle and so many advanced souls, I feel the speed of  vibrational energy, and I am reminded of our spiritual nature, to always go back to what feels good to us and having such gratitude for the gifts of true friendship.  I am reminded to slowdown enough to Arrive Alive  and create on all levels into 2017.
