Woke up needing understanding of my situation.  A bookmark I had never read made it’s appearance, it was the answer to my dilemma.

This being human is a guest house, every morning a new arrival.  A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness  comes in as  an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all !  even if they’re a crowd of sorrows who violently sweep your house empty of it’s furniture.  Still treat each guest honorably, he maybe clearing you out for some delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.

Be grateful for whoever comes because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.

It came to me in a flash when I least expected it.  An insight, kind of like my very own unique type of Celestine Prophecy.  Once again, it’s John.   I recognized it was a message as I wrote ” All you need is love”.  I suddenly looked up to see a reflection in my mirror of a Beatles plaque that says All You Need Is Love, I bought in a Hallmark store in Cape Coral Florida, one day shopping with my dear friends Kim and Janice.  Wow!  I never realized that plaque would come to mean so much to me.  The attention to this particular insight is of course the message of Love we all must adopt with this new paradigm, and at the same time pay attention to every fine details that is on our journey.  Sometimes years later a final part of the puzzle just happens to have been there all along, we just didn’t pay attention to details.

There’s nothing you can do that can’t be done, nothing you can sing that can’t be sung nothing you can do but you can learn how to play the game, it’s easy. There’s nothing you can make that can’t be made, no one you can save that can’t be saved, nothing you can do but you can learn how to be you, in time, it’s easy.

All you need is Love, love, love is all you need.

While writing in my journal I thought of my oldest grandson as he had just sent me a text stating that he was back in Virginia safe and sound.  I thought of him being an Aquarius and that I heard long ago that Aquarians  were the messengers of heaven.  Not remembering where I heard that, I decided to google it.  The first thing I saw was written by Elizabeth Clare Prophet, and called,

“The Seven Rays”

Just as a ray of sunlight passing through a prism is refracted into the seven colors of the rainbow, so spiritual light manifests as seven rays  or flames.  When we call forth these  spiritual flames in our prayers and meditations, each flame creates a specific action in our body, mind and soul.                                                                                                                      How I wish I had read this maybe 4 or 5 years ago  when I took a class at the mystery school in Fort Lauderdale teaching us The Seven Sacred Flames.  Sometimes the explanation comes way after the actual learning.  I must go back to this site and see what else it says about  Aquarians.  When I mentioned this to my friend who has an Aquarian husband she though for sure that I was off my rocker .   But am I?  I just see things differently than others, and my grandson is the closest Aquarian to me.  So ask yourself next time you meet an Aquarian, does this person have a special message unique to me?Who knows, they might.

BAM! As Emeril Lagasse would say!  It arrived as powerful as Harvey and is fizzling out. As critical as I have been of this presidency, I’m starting to feel as I did when Nixon was at his worst,  Sad… In fact one of his preferred word on his tweets.  I personally see the Trump administration as a tsunami to clear, clean and delete.  We are all good at something, so let’s have dignity for one another.  And amid the destruction left by this tsunami and Hurricane Harvey let’s teach our youngsters how to rebuild in a graceful way and kick it up a notch!

That came to me yesterday as I was holding this little angel.  Was it John Lennon? or just some random words in my head?  You decide for yourself.  I much prefer thinking it was John.  So I put on the song to listen attentively, and I realized that memorable phrase of his that became famous is in that song.   “Life is what happens while you’re busy making other plans” Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful boy.  Make it a good day.

To all the sailors aboard the USS George W. H. Bush, a BIG welcome home to America. I am pleased to know that you are arriving on this auspicious day of the new moon and solar eclipse covering America.  It’s a meaningful time for the planet today, and for all of you young Americans to be an example to the world.  You are the leaders of the new generation so therefore what you want must be respected and we the people will help. Of course it helps that my favorite sailor, my # 1 grandson Zachary Ryan Armer is among you today, I always want the very best for him as I do for all of you.  So welcome home and make it a good day for the benefit of all.  We love you and thank you for all your support to our country.

Yesterday was a day of complete defeat over ALS.  Baby Aiden cried and cried.  Knowing that I cannot do anything for anyone any more, I felt very frustrated, and so sad.  So I picked up my little bottle of Lavender essential oil and decided to peek out and see if I could do anything at all to help.  I gave my daughter in law the bottle and said Just put a drop on yourself and see what it does.  I told her that wonderful company also had a blend called Gentle Baby we should investigate.  Then I texted my upline to ask her about Gentle baby.  She filled me with good information and said Lavender was a good start.  He calmed down and nursed until satisfied.  Then holding her baby she brought me a protein drink and hard boiled egg.  I said Can I hold him for a moment?  She was glad to hand him over just to get some much needed rest.  It was rather easy to hold this 12 day old baby boy  on a big pillow while sitting in my wheelchair.  I must have looked right at him the whole time feeling I was looking at an angel.  I spoke to him gently and put on soft music on my computer.  His mommy kept checking on him and it made me feel good to tell her to relax and do things she needed to tend to.  Wow! what therapy can a baby be if you enjoy every moment!  Finally she had to go pick up her other son and I was in La la land with this little angel, I said go ahead he’s fine.  So all in one day, the whole family received therapy, it was wonderful and I am thankful and look forward for more.

Holding him also reminded me of the wonderful work of Massage Therapy as I touched him like I did so many people doing energy work that I loved so much.  It’s time we all slow down our busy, fast pace lives, and make our family, our children, our loved ones , our career.

An old book, full of good information that I read years ago.  I forgot all about it, until one day my friend Debbie said to me, ” I found an old book you had lent me”.  Gave it back to me, we had both forgotten about it.   The pages had yellowed with age, but to me it was an old treasure and reminded me that my search for a Holistic lifestyle has been there all my life.  Good things come back!  This wonderful old book just decided to live at Debbie’s for years, now it’s in storage in Fort Lauderdale.  How I miss my old treasures!  Hopefully I’ll get all my treasures back someday.  Like they say, Never give up!

At about 2 o’clock today feeling left out and depressed, my son entered my room holding his new little son tenderly and handed to me that little bundle proudly saying, ” Here is your new grandson Aiden Joseph Armer”!  I was in a state of shock as I looked at this perfect little baby boy.  Usually newborns are red and wrinkled but Aiden is the perfect color with beautiful features,  Aiden is the name of the Celtic Sun God, and means fiery.  A fiery Leo, that seemed  to be saying  ” Is the world ready for me” ???????????  My day suddenly felt better.
